This conference will seek to connect faith leaders with local, state and national stakeholders involved with the White House Office of Faith Based and Neighborhood Partnerships (FBNP). The conference will seek to engage representatives from the FBNP Advisory Council to provide information about national faith community engagement strategies. The conference will also include sessions on action planning to facilitate successful community outreach and faith community partnerships aimed at improving deliverable service projects that meet the goals of the greater community in HIV prevention, treatment and care.
