Presenters include, Joan Duggan, MD, Julianne Serovich, PhD, Rob Salem, JD. Panel presentation "Impact of the Law" presented by Valerie Sylvester, RN, Teresa Klockowski, LSW, Chris Zografides, JD, and Kevin Sullivan. This program will discuss the Ohio felonious assault law as it relates to clients with an HIV diagnosis, identify methods of relating the law to cliens, evaluate methods to assist clients with disclosure issues, and explain how the client and the health care team are affected by the law. Continuing Education - Applying for nursing, counseling and social wor, and CLE's for attorneys.
